It is not possible to guarantee the accuracy of colours shown. No responsibility can be made for different colour settings on individual monitors. If size is critical then you should email at info@merinosuk.combefore ordering. Pile height is the overall height of the rug from the floor.

Some rugs/carpets have a fringe / tassels. If you would like to know if the item you’re buying have one please email info@merinosuk.com .

Making A Purchase

Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For payments you can use our secure server.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. It is your responsibility to check this for accuracy. If the goods are out of stock then we will not process your order until we have confirmed with you stock availability and delivery date.

We endeavour to display correct pricing and description at all times, Merinosuk reserves the right to refuse the sale of mis-described or mis-priced products.
